We aim to ensure all members can use our telescopes to their fullest potential and arming them with knowledge is our strongest tool! Our Video Tutorials and FAQs are frequently updated any time we notice members running into issues, and we are always happy to receive feedback from our community. We also offer one-on-one tutoring to get you up to speed quickly and address your questions individually.
Quality images guaranteed
As remote robotic astronomy is very complex, things can occasionally go wrong. This is why iTelescope.Net will refund the points for any unsatisfactory images. Each time a member uses our systems they receive a receipt that includes a link to request a refund for the session directly on it.
