Introducing iTelescope T21 - New Mexico
Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 9:04AM |
Pete - Admin iTelescope T21 is now online and we wanted to take a moment to tell you about the great features this new scope offers at our New Mexico Skies Observatory.
T21 is a Deep Field telescope used for Hybrid Missions. It is typically used for Photometry and Imaging, and it supports FITS and TIF file formats. T21 is fitted with a 0.66 Focal reducer.
It is mounted on the brilliant Planewave Ascension 200HR mount. This mount is so accurate whilst tracking that iTelescope's technicians have disabled active guidance, with a corresponding decrease in session setup time when imaging.
T21 comes equipped with a full house filter wheel including Luminance, Red, Green, Blue, Ha, SII, OIII, U, B, V, R, and I filters, for all your imaging mission needs.
We hope T21 will be a great addition to your iTelescope fleet and wish you all clear and productive skies!
